Welcome to Public Complaint Management System (SISPAA) Ministry of Rural and Regional Development (KKDW). SISPAA KKDW is an online platform for managing complaints, enquiries and suggestions from the public on the services of the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development (KKDW) and all Agencies/ Departments under KKDW namely Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA), Jabatan Kemajuan Masyarakat (KEMAS), Institute for Rural Advancement (INFRA), South Kelantan Development Authority (KESEDAR), the Kedah Regional Development Authority (KEDA), Southeast Johor Development Authority (KEJORA) and the Penang Regional Development Authority (PERDA), Department of Orang Asli Development (JAKOA), Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority (RISDA) and FELCRA Berhad.

 

The scope of complaints includes:

• Rural Basic Infrastructure Facility
• Rural Home Intensive programme
• Rural Business Financing
• Skill, Entrepreneurship or Rural Leadership Management Courses organized by the Ministry
• KEMAS Tabika/ Taska Services
